"Diabetes" Herbal Mix
The mixture includes the following herbs.
Marjoram (Origanum Majorana) : It is one of the most well-known and effective "anti-diabetic" herbs. The conclusion was reached by researchers at the University of Georgia, USA after a study on herbs sold in supermarkets. Its action is very strong in preventing the glycosylation of proteins. It is about the procedure associated with the appearance of the most important complications faced by those suffering from diabetes, namely diabetic foot and problems in the cardiovascular system.
Cinnamon (Cinnamomum Cassia) : Studies have shown that a spoonful of cinnamon a day can lower sugar levels in those suffering from type 2 diabetes.
Stinging Nettle (Urtica Dioica) : It contains ammonia, acetic acid, formic acid, gluconates and antibiotics, chlorophyll, carotenes, vitamins B-2, provitamin A (more than Carrot), vitamin C (more than gooseberry) and vitamin K, patotenic acid, potashes, iron, silicon, etc. It also contains acetylcholine, histamine, and serotonin (the influence of acetylcholine and histamine on the action of the preparation is small). It has astringent, diuretic, and tonic properties, controls hemorrhages, cleanses the body of toxins, increases hemoglobin, red blood cells, and blood coagulants, and lowers blood pressure and sugar.
Cretan Olive Leaves (Olea Europaea) : Olive leaves have proven healing properties. Olive leaves contain many active substances that act antihypertensively (oleoeuropesides, oleozin, and glycolic acid) and relieve symptoms of high pressure, such as headaches and vertigo.
Bitter Wood (Quassia Amara) : It can be used as an aid to regulate glucose (sugar), blood pressure, and blood cholesterol.
Hot Brew Instructions
Boil 250ml of water. Reduce to low and simmer 1-2 tsp of herb for 5-7 minutes. Strain. Enjoy!
Cold Brew Instructions
Put 1-2 tsp of the herb in a glass jar per 250 ml of filtered water. Put the lid on and shake. Put the jar in the refrigerator for at least 12-14 hours. Strain. Enjoy your cold brew tea.
Recommended Dosage
1-2 teaspoons of loose tea or 3g up to 3 times daily.
