The mixture includes the following herbs.

Lemon verbena: Lemon verbena generously offers us its beneficial properties and helps detoxify, eliminate unnecessary fluids, and cellulite, and the result is tighter skin.

It is due to the presence of catechin (EGCG, epigallocatechin gallate) and its cooperation with caffeine. Reducing the absorption of fat by the body and maximizing fat burning is achieved thanks to the presence of these two components in green tea.

Hibiscus: In studies done they found that it has antioxidant properties due to its content of vitamin C. Acts as a vasodilator, helps with cardiovascular diseases, and control cholesterol levels.
The study was published in the prestigious Journal of the Science of ”Food and Agriculture”. Scientists have found that it contains antioxidants that are known to reduce the risks, which are made more pronounced by fats entering the arteries. They conducted a study where they observed the effects that hibiscus extract had, on the low density (content) of lipoproteins, LDL, or "bad" cholesterol so they found that hibiscus extract significantly reduces lipid deposits in the arteries and cholesterol levels in the blood.

Calendula: Combined with other herbs helps in the smooth functioning of the digestive system and in the elimination of toxins from the body.

Hot Brew Instructions

Boil 250ml of water. Reduce to low and simmer 1-2 tsp of herb for 5-7 minutes. Strain. Enjoy!

Cold Brew Instructions

Put 1-2 tsp of the herb in a glass jar per 250 ml of filtered water. Put the lid on and shake. Put the jar in the refrigerator for at least 12-14 hours. Strain. Enjoy your cold brew tea.

Recommended Dosage
1-2 teaspoons of loose tea or 3g up to 3 times daily.
